We ship your order CO₂-neutral with DHL. If you place your order before 12:00 on a working day, it will be shipped the same day. Within the Benelux, parcels usually arrive within 24–48 hours. For deliveries elsewhere in Europe, shipping times typically range between 24 and 96 hours. DHL delivers from Monday to Friday during office hours.

Is your parcel heavier than 30 kg?
In that case, we’ll send it to you on a pallet. The delivery time may differ slightly from our regular timeframe. Want to make sure your delivery arrives at a specific time? Just get in touch with us so we can explore the available delivery options.

Help, there’s an issue with my package!

Did your order arrive incomplete or did a product arrive damaged? Please contact us within 30 days. After this period, unfortunately, we can no longer help you. And that would be a shame.

I ordered the wrong product. Can I return my order?

Here's a simple rule of thumb:
Is the product custom-made? Then it cannot be returned. Custom-made products include anything that has been tinted or prepared to your specific order such as Concrete effect paint, Chalk paint, Exterior paint, or Microcement.

Is the product not custom-made? We’re happy to take it back! These are standard items that we keep in stock and haven’t been customised in any way, such as brushes, colour samples, coatings, and unused Lime paint or Loam plaster.

If your product is not custom-made and you’d like to return it, please do so within 14 days, and make sure it is unopened and undamaged. You’re free to choose your shipping provider, but return costs are at your own expense.

How to return your order

1. Fill in the cancellation form and include it with your return.
2. Send the product back within 14 days of purchase to:

Please note: You are responsible for the condition and loss of the parcel during return shipment. So be sure to keep your proof of shipment and package everything securely.

Return conditions at a glance

• The product is unused and, if possible, the packaging is undamaged.
• You return the product within 14 days of receipt (as long as it is not a custom-made product).
• For colour fans, we accept returns up to 90 days after receipt.
