Who do we share your data with?

Webshop software – Craft Commerce
 We work with two partners to run our webshop:

• Craft Commerce, developer of the software
• Stimmt B.V., hosting & technical support

We share your data with them to fulfil your order and offer support. They don’t use your data for any other purpose. We have an agreement with Brndz B.V. that obliges them to take proper security measures, including SSL encryption and a strong password policy. They also make regular backups to prevent data loss, and both technical and organisational measures are in place to prevent misuse, loss, or corruption of your data.

Office365
 We send our emails using Office365. They also apply the necessary safeguards to prevent misuse and loss of data. All your emails are treated confidentially and are not shared with others.

Mollie
 Payments in our webshop are handled by Mollie. They process your name, address, and bank or credit card details. Mollie has implemented technical and organisational safeguards to protect your data. To improve their services, they may share anonymised data with third parties—who must handle it just as securely. Mollie does not store your data any longer than legally permitted.

GLS & Pultrum
 GLS delivers your order to your home. For this, they need your address understandably. They use this data only for delivery purposes. For larger pallet shipments, we work with Pultrum, who will also receive your address information in that case.

Accounting and administration
 Your data appears on our invoices and is visible to the person handling our accounting. They are legally and contractually obliged to keep your information confidential.

Government
 In theory, we may be required to share your data for tax or criminal investigations. However, this has never happened.

What else should you know about how we process your data?

Why do we process your data?
 We only use your data for our services or to improve them. We never use your data for marketing, and we don’t share it with others, except the parties listed above.

We also collect non-personal data such as your IP address or browser type to improve our services.

How long do we store your data?
 We store your data for as long as you’re a customer. If you indicate in your profile that you no longer wish to use our services, we’ll delete your profile data. Our staff will then no longer be able to access it. Legal obligations may require us to keep certain records, such as invoices, for a set period.

What rights do you have?
 Under Dutch and European law, you have a number of rights. For example:

• You can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority if you believe we misuse your personal data.
• You have the right to access your data. Requesting this? We’ll reply within 30 days.
• You may ask us to correct incorrect information (right to rectification).
• You can ask us to restrict data processing.
• You can object to the use of your data. If your objection is valid, we will stop processing your data.
• You can request to transfer your data to another party (right to data portability).

In all cases, we respond within 30 days. If needed, we may ask you to confirm your identity to ensure the request is legitimate.

Google Analytics
 Google places cookies via our website for Analytics purposes. These cookies help us understand website usage. We have not granted Google permission to use the data for other services.

Changes to this privacy policy
 We reserve the right to update our privacy policy at any time. The latest version is always available on this page. If the changes affect how we process your data, we’ll notify you by email.
