Shipping and returns

Betonlook.nl BV applies the following return conditions:

• Returns within 14 days after receipt, provided the item is not custom-made.
• You can choose your own carrier to return your order, the return shipping costs are at your own expense.

What counts as custom-made?
At Betonlook.nl, the following types of paint are mixed in your chosen colour: Concrete effect paint, Chalk paint, Bio wall paint and Outdoor paint. These cannot be returned. The same applies to Microcement. Microcement is also mixed in your colour, and therefore cannot be returned. All other types of paint may be returned within the return period, provided they are unopened and returned in their original condition.

I ordered the wrong product. Can I return my order?
Most products can be returned within 14 days, as long as they are in their original packaging and have not been used. In that case, you will receive a full refund. Have you ordered a product that has been mixed in your chosen colour? Colour-mixed paints or plasters are custom-made and cannot be returned.

How do I return a product?
Download the withdrawal form from our website and complete it. Make sure your products are well packed, as you are responsible for how the items arrive back to us. Keep your track and trace code safe so you can monitor when the return reaches us. Returns are processed within 5 working days. You will receive an email when your return has been processed.

Tip from Jip
Always check your order when it arrives. Is something wrong with your order or is a product damaged? Please contact us within 30 days. After this period we can no longer assist you. That would be a shame.
