Complaints procedure
Complaints procedure
Sometimes things can go wrong during the delivery of our products. If this happens, please contact our office first via info@betonlook.nl or +31 85 487 1268. Together we’ll look into the issue and find the best possible solution. Can’t reach a resolution? You can always submit a dispute for mediation via Webwinkelkeur.
Since 15 February 2016, consumers in the EU can also submit complaints through the European Commission’s ODR platform. You can find this platform at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint has not yet been handled elsewhere, you’re free to submit it via the EU’s dispute resolution platform.
Damage
Have you received a damaged product from us? Please report this to us within 7 days, including a photo of the product and the delivery date. After this period, we are unfortunately no longer able to process damage claims.
