- Benelux: usually within 24–48 hours
- Europe: usually within 24–96 hours
- Orders weighing more than 30 kg: delivered on a pallet, which may result in a longer delivery time

Is your order incomplete or damaged?
Please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 30 days of receiving your order. If an item is damaged, please include clear photographs of the product and its packaging. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Can I return my order?
Many of our products can be returned within 14 days of receipt. This includes:
- Brushes
- Colour samples
- Coatings
- Matt wall paint, Lime paint, Japandi paint, Texture paint, Clay paint and Clay plaster, provided that the pigment has not yet been added
Products must be complete and, where possible, unused, undamaged and unopened.
Register a return
The easiest way to register your return is through our online returns portal. You will receive the relevant return instructions immediately. Return postage costs are your responsibility.
You are not required to use our returns portal. You may also notify us of your return by email or post and return the products using a delivery company of your choice.
Please package your return securely and keep your proof of postage until your return has been fully processed.
