Japandi paint is a colour line created by Japandi Interior and blended in our Lime paint. The collection features natural, soft tones that combine beautifully with one another, helping you create a sense of harmony and calm in your home, completely in line with the timeless Japandi style.
Japandi paint is developed with the 60-30-10 rule in mind, making colour selection simple and well-balanced. Use 60% as the main colour in your interior, 30% as a secondary tone, and 10% as an accent, for example, on a feature wall or decorative detail.
All shades within the Japandi paint collection are carefully coordinated, allowing them to blend effortlessly together. Think of it as a guideline rather than a rule: a colour from the 30% group can easily become your main tone. This way, you naturally create balance and calm throughout your home.
Japandi paint can be applied to solid surfaces such as plaster, gypsum, cement, lime plaster, or a previously painted wall, after treating the surface with our EcoPrimer.
Apply Japandi paint in two coats using a block brush, working in criss-cross or gentle curved strokes to create a natural, lively effect.
When combined with EcoPrimer coarse, Japandi paint can handle condensation well and helps regulate indoor moisture naturally. It can be used in almost any room, from living areas to bathrooms, as long as it’s not applied inside the shower area.
